Unique Mineral Core - A mineral based resin that does not burn, give off CFC's, has no memory and has an open cell structure. As such warm air can circulate around the core and in doing so, it eliminates the possibility of heat build up and subsequent bubbling and bowing. Most other doors utilise a foam injected core material - this is closed cell and therefore these doors do not possess this important quality.
